Thalapathy Vijay is back with his next film, Thalapathy 68, which will be directed by Venkat Prabhu and produced by AGS Entertainment. The film will have music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, who is collaborating with Vijay after 13 years. The film will be a mass entertainer that will release in 2024. The cast and crew details are yet to be announced.
As per the latest reports, Total audio rights are 26 Crore. Which will be an all time high deal for an Tamil film. Thalapathy 68 is special because it marks the reunion of Vijay and Yuvan Shankar Raja, who have given some of the most popular songs for Vijay like Appadi Podu, Oru Chinna Thamarai and Vaada Maappilley. Thalapathy 68 has also made headlines for its audio rights deal, which has been bagged by T-Series for a whopping amount. This is said to be the highest audio rights deal of Tamil cinema, surpassing the previous record held by Rajinikanth’s 2.0. T-Series will be releasing the songs of Thalapathy 68 across all platforms.
